The hope is that it sets in motion a movement, of opinions and trade, which will allow this myriad of craft distilleries to survive. They are not aware that they produce the only organic agricole rum in the world, and that this will be attacked by invoking demagogic health laws in the coming years, which are aimed at standardisation and concentration.
